My parents and I have 3 houses in San Jose and Santa Clara that we have been renting out for over a decade. I needed a solution that took care of the tedious work for us. Additionally, I subscribed to their monthly management subscription. The tenants have a portal to pay directly into my bank account, and they are able to divide the rent however they please and pay with their multiple accounts. Prior to Zenplace, I would have a delay on rent when someone was waiting for another tenant to send them rent. Now, I get it all in one payment. I also receive maintenance requests and am given the option to use my handyman, or Zenplace will find me a technician. I love this, as I do not rack up the fees property managers will charge when there is a basic repair
